To minimize the tolerance, Super Guide has an individual dust removing system on the shaft in front of the guide block because the dust can make unexpected dimensional tolerance in precision equipments or cause defects in products Speed and Noise In case of LM Guide, the exiting ball rolling bearing, it cause a high-pitched sound and has limitation of running speed because several steel balls are rotating with a very steep rotation pre-grinded surfaces and ball circular ways in the slider. Adopted the double row bearing, Super Guide makes all elements of the bearing have a complete rolling motion, so it has rectilinear motion with the maximum rotating speed and silence. Easy clearance Adjustments The clearance adjustment can be simply achieved by adjusting stop bolts at the sides of the block with a hexagon wrench. Guide Rail It goes well with the other machines because the rail bases with rectilinear adjustment after extrusion molding are coated with black luster. The standard shaft is injected straight to the guide rail and heat-treated by high frequency. It is also grinded precisely after straight adjustment. Therefore, its hardness is approximately over 60 Hrc. Moreover, the hard chrome plated shaft is inserted for the corrosion resistance. Guide Block According to the inner and outer wheel load or the special purpose, the white anodizing coated aluminum blocks are used for placing the roller bearings in the inner and outer wheels. In this case three to five roller bearings can be places in the inner wheels of four to six roller bearings in the outer wheels. Furthermore, more rollers can be attached to the block according to the customer's demands. There are more than two fixed bearings and roller bearings contacted with a shaft in the outer rail which is connected by square nuts. And, the outer rail is delivered to customers without any dimensional errors because the eccentric adjustment is already done. Nonetheless, customer can easily make a clearance adjustment with a hexagon wrench whenever they need to change Double Row Bearing The double row bearing has the great advantages of enduring both axial and radial loads with high speed rotation. Regarding multiaxial loads, the double row ball bearing has two points contacts with the guide rail shaft and is precisely grinded after cutting a groove and heat treatments in the outer wheel. Moreover, it has grease inside. Thus, it doesn't need to have additional oil supplements up to th end of its life Applications
